Procedure

Procedure Details

This Sonoma county woman had a very large child by vaginal delivery. She did not have an episiotomy and tore both the left labia minora as well as the perineum. She desired repair of the torn labia as well as a tighter perineum. She underwent both labiaplasty and perineoplasty to the distal third of the vagina. At our Santa Rosa Plastic Surgery office, her torn labia was repaired and the perineal musculature also repaired for a tighter, firmer entry to the vagina. She is thrilled both with the appearance and the functionality of the repair. She is shown 3 months postoperatively.
